Fill out the form, upload photos, and place a $50 non-refundable deposit (credited if you proceed).

Receive Label & Ship Device
We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label; then you print it, pack your device, and ship it.

Inspection & Exact Quote
We inspect your device and call with the exact quote. $50 is applied if approved, or kept as a diagnostic fee if declined.

Repair & Return Shipping
Repairs done in 1–2 days, pay by phone, then we ship back with warranty + free screen protector.
